2021 was a mixed bag. But against all odds, it was a huge year for these → Januarians. We moved into a new office in Logan Circle. We turned two. We hired five new friends. And we made about three years' worth of work.
So, here is a love letter — and a website — to chronicle this strange yet marvelous year. And 5 of the projects that made it so memorable.
Standing on the other side of it, in the still-dawn light of 2022, it’s easy to see that 2021 was a mixed bag We were supposed to be done with the bad stuff. We were all set to really roar and we know how that went.
But against all odds, it was a huge year ! for these Januarians. We moved into a new office in Logan Circle. We turned two. We hired five new friends. And we made about three year’s worth of work.
So, here is a love letter and a weird website to chronicle this strange, marvelous year. And 5 of the projects that made it so memorable.
2021 was our second year. It was eventful, exhausting and definitely our best yet. Here are four numbers that prove it.
Year-over-year growth
We started in the middle of a pandemic and two years on we have experienced 258% growth.
Campaigns launched
We launched 13 campaigns this year for so many wonderful companies. Plus, we built 8 websites and 5 brands. A busy year, to be sure (gotta keep us distracted from those terrifying world events somehow).
New hires
An entire handful of new Januarians joined the team this year, from New York, Maryland, and even Australia (by way of VA).

We’re not sure if this is the exact number, cause we got tired of counting. But holy cow we made a *lot* of Keynotes — our very own love language.
